In just one month, my daughter Julie has dropped: 1.3 seconds in the 50 FR, 2.2 seconds in the 100 FR, 2.6 seconds in the 200 FR, 4.5 seconds in the 100 BK, 6.1 seconds in the 200 BK, 1 second in the 100 FL, 3.2 seconds in the 200 FL, 5 seconds in the 100 BR, 10 seconds in the 200 BR, 3.8 seconds in the 200 IM and 8 seconds in the 400 IM. That's over 45 seconds in one month! We can't wait to come back - she is a totally different swimmer."

Peak Performance Swim Camp | Boston, MA Swimming Camps

Peak Performance Swim Camp offers year round swim camps created to help push competitive swimmers ages 7-17 past their known limits by assisting swimmers surpass their maximum potential to achieve their competitive edge in swimming. These swimming camps are located all over the United States, and are held each Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Two concepts guide our swimming camps: The Swimming Triangle and Swim Positive. Together, these concepts will aid you in improving your swimming times and techniques.
The Swimming Triangle encourages a holistic combination of a mental, physical, and technical approach to swimming and Swim Positive encourages a positive attitude toward competitive swim training and to life.

Founded by former Olympic coach Nick Baker, Peak Performance Swim Camp features an experienced staff led by Coach Baker, who brings 37 years of experience as a competitive swimming coach for thousands of swimmers to each swim camp. Using his many years of experience, Coach Baker pushes each swimmer to reach new personal records. Because of a swimmer-to-coach ratio as low as 5:1, all swim camp swimmers are given the full attention they need to improve their techniques and times.

Our swimmers always have fun at Swim Camp and also learn valuable swimming skills to enhance and improve their strokes and help them in local, State, and National competition at USA Swimming, rec swimming, and high school swim meets.

Because swim camps are offered in the Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter, swimmers are afforded more opportunities for improvement. At Peak Performance Swim Camp, swimmers learn: how to perfect their streamline, get faster times, get a powerful butterfly kick, have a fast flip turn, improve their freestyle starts, swim more efficiently, learn the proper backstroke start, learn new butterfly drills, and breathe correctly in their breaststroke.
